Faced with increasing demand for turnkey solutions, Plastic Age has adapted by forming a department responsible for secondary operations. Welding, wrapping, assembly, and specialty packaging are some of the functions undertaken as value added activities for our clients. Additionally, we have developed strategic external partnerships for painting and printing needs.

Warehousing

Dedicating over 79,000 square feet of floor space to warehousing, Plastic Age is well equipped to inventory finished goods in order to assure just-in-time services.

Foaming

With 3 automated foaming tables, we are able to add hot-melt adhesive to specific products as a value added activity. By undertaking this step in-house we allow our customer to save time and resources.

Fusion

One of our most prominent secondary operations brings semi-finished products from our injection moulding operations together with our monofilament operations to produce a finished product in the form of a broom or a brush.
